Sparkford makes a great stop off to attend Glastonbury Festival. Just off the main road from London to Somerset and at 13 miles away from Pilton, where Glastonbury Festival is set, many festival-goers choose to stay with us the night before the festival campsite opens.

Staying close to Glastonbury Festival ground the night before entry ensures you won't be stuck in hours of traffic travelling from the rest of the UK. Enjoy your last use of a hot shower in our beautiful shower block and you can leave for the festival knowing you've had a good night's sleep!

We also find many festival-goers like to book in to stay with us on the Monday after the festival to enjoy the showers and get some rest before travelling home. If you would like to book in for Monday 1 July, we still have pitches for tents, motorhomes and caravans.

Glastonbury Festival, with 140,000 attendees, is one of the biggest music festivals in the world. For those who have tickets already, we are taking bookings for Glastonbury Festival 2024 now. Travel routes to the festival get exceptionally busy and it is always advisable to do as much of your journey as possible in advance of the festival entrance on 25 June. We are able to provide you with the best possible routes to Glastonbury Festival to avoid traffic jams. Spending the night before in Sparkford gives you a great advantage over other attendees and ensures you have a good nights' sleep before a great weekend! On leaving the festival, an overnight stay with us ensures you miss hours of traffic back to the rest of the UK.
