All awnings must be placed on gravel unless otherwise agreed beforehand with the Management. Only a caravan or a motorhome or a campervan with awning and a car is normally allowed on the pitch. If you have not booked to put up an awning and you decide to do so after arrival, you must ask permission; prepare to move pitches and pay the additional cost. If you have booked a pitch with an awning and you decide to take it down before the end of your stay, no refund will be given. This is because you have been allocated a larger pitch to accommodate your awning.

Where possible, tents will be pitched on grass. Any tent booking for longer than 4 nights or for inclement weather will be pitched on gravel at the discretion of the Park Owners.

The use of household domestic appliances in your touring unit or on your pitch is strictly forbidden. This includes washing machines, tumble driers and electric vehicle chargers. Only low wattage appliances are permitted. One x 16 amp hook-up socket per touring unit is allowed. No splitters are permitted. We reserve the right to disconnect any additional cables serving the same unit. We do not currently have a facility to charge electric or hybrid cars. You are not permitted to charge your car using the Park electricity as the infrastructure will be damaged, for which you will be liable and your stay terminated. The cost of your pitch fee does not include the cost of electricity to charge your vehicle on site.

A maximum of 4 dogs are permitted per touring booking. Dogs and cross breeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act are not permitted. Dogs must be exercised off site at all times. There is a public footpath immediately to the side of our Park and another immediately across the road from the Park entrance. There are no dog walks on the Park. There are no dog bins on the Park. You must not walk your dogs on the central lawned area of the Park as this is reserved for tents. Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times. All dogs must wear a dog collar with an identity tag indicating name and address. Should the dog foul the holiday park, it is the responsibility of the dog owner to clean it up and deposit all dog fouling in the Council bin opposite our Park entrance and not in our recycling bins. With the exception of guide dogs, owners must not take their dogs in to our Reception or Shower and Toilet Block. We reserve the right to require an owner to remove their dog, or other pet, from the Park if it is considered by the Management to constitute a persistent nuisance or danger to other guests staying on site. General disturbance/noise/excessive drinking will not be tolerated. Please note we do not accept bookings from party groups including hen and stag parties.

For touring units and tents car parking is either on the pitch or in a designated parking area close by. Vehicles are brought on to the Park at your risk and we are not responsible for loss or damage to these except where it is caused by our negligence or fault. If you are towing a car or trailer, please advise us in advance. Extra charges apply. Commercial or working vehicles are not allowed on the Park.

We do not permit the washing of any vehicles or units on site using water drawn from the Park standpipes. This is because our water is metered and we are charged for water and sewage disposal every time water is drawn. The cost of water to wash your vehicle or unit is not included in your pitch fee. If you have booked a fully serviced pitch, please do not attach any splitters to your water supply because of cross contamination. Our water pressure is very high so when using a water carrier with float valve please attend to all hosepipe leaks and turn back the water pressure to avoid blow outs. We suggest turning off the standpipe when you are away from the Park or during extremely cold weather.

It is against the law to smoke or vape in our Reception or Shower and Toilet Block facilities.

We request that you recycle your waste using our bins provided. If you prefer not to recycle please dispose of your mixed waste off site.
